During my current rotation, I’ve learnt a great deal about being an analyst from experienced colleagues, both on the technical and professional level.
My development within the team has already led me to accomplish several useful product enhancements for major clients.

There was a very friendly atmosphere despite the hustle and bustle. On the first day I was sent a 'where to get started' email with links for my upcoming work, past projects and tutorials; as much information as possible to make the learning curve less steep.
I immediately felt valued as part of the team.

Overall the graduate programme has provided great experience on all the rotations. The support of all team members has been excellent and the training and development have really helped throughout.
All of these aspects of the programme have been a massive benefit for me in developing my career at AVEVA.

It’s great to be able to interact with colleagues outside of the office environment, whether it be punting or a barbeque - you get the opportunity to know people on a completely different level.

It gives the work environment a friendlier, 'family' feel.
