I greatly enjoyed being put in positions of responsibility and rising to the challenges that my managers and peers have set me.
My development skills have increased exponentially and, with that, my confidence to speak up amongst very experienced Engineers and Developers. |

The graduate programme has allowed me to work in a variety of departments with a range of new and old technologies, all of which have helped me to expand my technical horizon.
The formal training programme provided many opportunities to develop my professional and behavioural skills. This has helped me to be more productive and to better communicate with people around this globally expanding business. I have picked up many skills that I now value.
It was the culture of AVEVA and its continual progression that attracted me to the company in the first place. It still makes me feel a valued part of the AVEVA community today.

Outward Bound was a real highlight! It’s good to push yourself out of your comfort zone, and to see what you can really do when you put your mind to it.
I have brought the positive attitudes from that week back to work, and it is something I really learned a lot from. |
The support I have received from my managers and mentor has been invaluable; they really encourage me to achieve my potential.
The people are what make AVEVA a truly great place to work. We all live by the AVEVA values and there is a strong sense of community, which I feel very proud to be a part of. |

As a graduate, it is important to be able to have fun with the people I work with. AVEVA certainly doesn’t disappoint! Barbecues after work, pub quizzes and punting down the Cam all come accompanied with lots of laughing and smiles.
